After his time at school he worked for Hewlett Packard where he met his friend Steven Wozniak. In August 1974 he began, setting up the "Homebrew Computer Club". Steve and Wozniak sketched the Apple 1 in the room of Steve Jobs and constructed it in the garage of Wozniak's parents. Jobs sold the first Apples to an electronic busisness, and this electronic business bought 25 pieces. This wasn't enough, to develop further the Apple 1. Jobs sold his car and Wozniak his Hewlett Packard calulator. With this money they built the Apple Company. One year later, they presented the official Apple 1. The price was 666 Dollars. He sold about 600 pieces. With this money Wozniak could make a better version of the Apple 1: the Apple II. It came on the market in 1977 for 1300 Dollars. Steve Jobs engaged Jobs John Sculley as the new president of Apple. Jobs said to him: "If you stay with Pepsi, your only success is more sugarwater sold to the children. If you come to Apple, you can change the world!" The MacIntosh came on the market in 1984. Although it had fast sales impact, the friendship of Sculley and Jobs went down and down. In August 1985 Sculley said in front of the workers of the Company, that Jobs isn't important now and for the future for of Company. And he fired him. Jobs sold 20 million dollars of his Apple shares, left Apple, took five workers of the Company and built a new Company. 1989 he presented his new computer: The Computer Next. 1997 Apple bought the company Next. The operation system is a new basis of the Apple operation system and later it merged with the operation system of Apple. A great present was, that Jobs came back only in an information position, but the media said, that this is a new chance for Jobs. Now Jobs is already the boss of Apple. He produced the famous products the iBook and the iMac.
